PetNAD assay system is developed based on Convection Capillary PCR, ccPCR technologies.  The concept of Convective PCR was invented in 2002. Combining with disposable capillary and a fixed temperature reactor, the convection can take place simply between the surface and the bottom of the capillary and generate the temperature gradient which is necessary for PCR. Without heating and cooling procedures, the reaction time of ccPCR is significantly reduced.  

PocKit is the special-designed instrument for PetNAD assay system.  It provides a stable temperature environment for PetNAD amplification, and equips with a function of detecting fluorescence signal for result interpretation without post amplification manipulation. With PocKit, the possibility of cross-contamination from PCR product can be completely eliminated.
